The Founder — A dossier, not a bio
I see life differently because of what I survived. I built this studio because of it.
Ponphelia is a luxury emotional wellness studio — premium systems for clarity, grief, and prosperity, made for anyone in the middle of becoming.
01What I believe about the work
The lens that shapes every tool, every letter, every decision in the studio.
- 01
You're not lazy. You're carrying way more than anyone sees.
- 02
Most productivity advice is written for people whose nervous systems still feel safe.
- 03
Clarity is more valuable than motivation.
- 04
You cannot heal in survival mode.
- 05
Not every season is meant for scaling.
- 06
I build from lived experience, not theory.

02The Position
A brand of perspective. Not expertise.
Most of the systems I tried to use after my life broke open were written for someone else — someone whose floor had not fallen out from under them, whose nervous system still felt safe. They assumed I was optimising a life I still recognised. I wasn't. I was rebuilding one from scratch.
Ponphelia is the studio I made instead. The tools are small on purpose. The pace is slow on purpose. The voice is direct on purpose. None of it is here to make anyone feel rescued. It is here so the next person does not have to start from zero.
03What I'm building from
- 01
Build from lived experience, not theory.
- 02
Treat capacity as the metric. Output follows.
- 03
Make the smallest, most honest version first.
- 04
Refuse the language of hustle. Keep the discipline.
- 05
Hand hard-earned perspective to the next person, with both hands.
- 06
Move slowly enough to mean it.
04 — On the record
Every tool in this studio exists because I needed it first.
In a single, impossible season I lost my dad, my mom, my brother, and our pets. I do not perform recovery and I am not interested in dressing it up. The detail matters here for one reason: every tool in this studio exists because I needed it first.
The Simple Six came first because my mind could not hold a list of more than six anything. The Grief Companion came next because no one tells you what to do at 2 a.m. on the third anniversary. Pretty & Prosper followed because money turned out to be another grief I had not been allowed to name.
